1. What SourcePools Is

SourcePools is a B2B sourcing and transaction platform that connects verified upstream sellers and professional downstream buyers. The Platform provides structured listings, transaction facilitation, commercial invoice issuance, and payment collection & settlement coordination.

2. What SourcePools Is NOT

SourcePools does not participate in bidding or tender processes. SourcePools does not negotiate prices on behalf of any party and does not purchase goods for resale. SourcePools does not act as the seller of goods; all displayed prices are provided by Sellers.

3. Who Should Use SourcePools

Suitable for wholesalers, distributors, traders, and professional procurement teams. Not suitable for retail consumers or users expecting consumer-grade warranties or zero-defect guarantees.

4. Transaction Flow

Order placement → Commercial Invoice issuance → Buyer payment to Platform → Payment confirmation → Seller fulfillment → Collection/count → Shipment. Orders are processed only after payment is received by the Platform.

5. Payments & Deposits

A minimum 30% deposit or full payment may be required depending on the transaction. Unpaid orders are void and will not be processed.

6. Used Devices – Key Understanding

Used devices are not new. Grades are industry references, not guarantees. Even Grade A devices may have minor imperfections. In bulk B2B transactions, a small percentage of minor issues is normal.

7. Warranty Scope (Used Devices)

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, warranty for used devices is limited to network lock status and account/activation lock status. Cosmetic wear, battery health, and minor variations are not covered.

8. Seller Non-Fulfillment

If a seller fails to fulfill after payment, the Platform coordinates resolution (re-sourcing, replacement, or refund) subject to the T&C; and applicable policies.

9. Fees & Pricing Transparency

Sellers set prices. SourcePools may charge service fees based on service scope, transaction size, and/or agreed service level. Displayed prices reflect Seller pricing.

10. Disputes & Expectations

SourcePools is designed for reasonable, professional dispute handling. Accounts may be restricted if users abuse disputes or behave inconsistently with B2B trade norms.

11. Relationship with T&C;

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Policies and the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

12. Governing Law

Singapore law applies.
