1. How to Place an Order
SourcePools is a B2B direct sourcing platform for professional buyers. All orders must be placed through the platform system.
Order Flow
1. Buyer browses products and confirms specifications, grade, quantity and price
2. Buyer submits an order request
3. Platform generates a Commercial Invoice based on seller-provided information
4. Buyer confirms the order and completes payment
5. Order becomes effective after payment confirmation
Important Notes
• Orders are only valid after payment confirmation
• Unpaid or underpaid orders are considered invalid
• Offline or private transactions are not accepted
2. Payment & Settlement Process Buyer Payment
• Buyer must complete payment according to the Commercial Invoice
• Payment is made to SourcePools, not directly to the seller
• Supported payment methods are shown on the platform
Order Effectiveness
• Orders become effective after a minimum 30% deposit or full payment
• Seller will be notified after payment confirmation
Seller Settlement
• SourcePools collects payment on behalf of sellers
• Settlement is made after deducting agreed platform service fees
3. Order Status Explanation
• Pending Payment: Order created, payment not completed
• Payment Confirmed: Payment received, order effective
• In Fulfillment: Seller preparing goods
• Shipped: Goods dispatched
• Completed: Order fulfilled
• Cancelled / Voided: Order cancelled or unpaid within time limit
4. Delivery & Fulfillment Overview
1. Platform confirms buyer payment
2. Seller is notified to fulfill the order
3. Goods are prepared by seller
4. Shipment is arranged
5. Logistics information updated in the system
Logistics Notes
• Shipping method and timing are provided by the seller or per order agreement
• International shipping, customs clearance and destination compliance are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed
5. Dispute Handling Process (Non-Complaint)

• Clearly disclosed grades, tolerances or industry norms
• Reasonable deviations stated in the Used Devices Policy
